KIRDARC Nepal is a non-profit organization that aims to contribute towards social justice and human rights by enabling marginalized communities to participate in decision-making processes. 

KIRDAC Nepal, with the support of Save the Children, has been implementing the five years (2024-2028) Integrated project SAHAYATRA -III in Tatopani Rural Municipality of Jumla, Karnali Province. The project aims to secure the rights of rural vulnerable to education, protection, sexual and reproductive health, and resilience, leaving no child behind. It has a special focus on children from the most deprived and marginalized community. Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) is one of components under SHAYATRA-III project and focuses on improving access to and use of gender-transformative SRHR information and services by adolescents and girls and boys in target areas.  

The Healthy Transition Package training is a key intervention of our project, designed to reach both married and unmarried adolescent girls and young women, raising their awareness. To effectively train and develop local facilitators and implement the Healthy Transition Package at the community level, KIRDARC Nepal seeks experienced consultants to facilitate a "My Healthy Transition" Training of Trainers (ToT) session for our project team and local facilitators.

KIRDARC Nepal is seeking experienced and qualified consultants to facilitate a 5-day "My Healthy Transition" Training of Trainers (ToT) session for our project team and local facilitators. Required Documents:

The Consultancy Firms are requested to submit the following:

• Updated CV of the proposed human resource,
• A brief technical proposal including understanding of EOI and proposed methodology to accomplish the deliverable and tentative work plan with timelines,
• Detailed financial proposal, including preparation, fees, travel, accommodation, and reporting costs.
• Copy of VAT registration, Company registration and renewal, Updated Tax clearance certificate, sign copy code of conduct and ToR etc. (applicable for firms only)

Bid received after the deadline will not be considered and only shortlisted service providers will be called for further process.
