In partnership with Plan International, KIRDARC Nepal has been implementing the “Girls Standing Strong (GSS)” Project in Naraharinath and Sanni Triveni rural municipalities of the Kalikot district. To support this initiative, KIRDARC Nepal is seeking qualified, dynamic, and motivated Nepali citizens for the following full-time position:
Position Description:
Project Officer (Education, Protection, DRR/CC) -1(One)
Location: Naraharinath Rural Municipality, Kalikot District
Project: Girls Standing Strong (GSS)
Academic Qualification and Experience: Master's degree in a related discipline with one year of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant work experience in a development project for an I/NGO, is required. Priority will be given to candidates prepared to work in rural communities and in the fields of education and child protection.
Key Skills and Knowledge required: Candidates should possess strong academic knowledge and technical experience in the Education sector, Protection Sector and DRR/CC with expertise in data management and knowledge management. They must have solid project management and financial management skills, and experience leading diverse teams to achieve quality results within specified timeframes. Proficiency in presenting qualitative and quantitative data to highlight successes and areas for improvement is essential.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in planning, implementing, and reporting on project activities in compliance with organizational standards, particularly in the education sector.
