The overall objective of the assignment is to provide efficient services for deployment of digital CVA by setting up (hardware and software) systems that will support deploying (i) Cash for work for restoration of water systems (ii) Unconditional cash Transfer (UCT) or Multipurpose cash assistance (MPCA) and (iii) Value voucher to carry out the intended Cash and Voucher Assistance operations (iv) undertake rapid market assessment to deploy sectoral CVA assistance for 100 caseloads in Jajarkot and West Rukum districts within June 2024.

Please note that the locations (district/palika), target participants and the local market locations are to be confirmed in coordination with the local implementing partner. 

Through this announcement- for EOI, we aim to hear from eligible Transfer Service Provider. Initially, we are only asking for your attention to complete the Supplier Information Forms (SIF) and send it to email id: np-procurement@mercycorps.org by May 15, 2024 (please mention EOI-  Transfer Service Provider (TSP) for Implementing Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) Programming in Jajarkot and West Rukum Districts.)
