Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)- for vendor enlistment

We invite eligible firms, suppliers, companies and individuals to express their interest in participating in our vendor listing for the fiscal year 2025. Your expertise is valued across various categories, and we look forward to your active participation.

Vendor Enlistment for:

1. Office Supplies: Office Stationeries, Tonner refilling, printer cartage, ink cartage, printer, Handouts printing photocopy & print for Kathmandu Office
2. Grocery Supplies: Hygiene supplies, kitchen supplies etc
3. IT accessories: IT accessories of laptops and desktop for Kathmandu Office
4. Laptop & Computer repair and maintenance service for Kathmandu office
5. Office repair and maintenance: Plumbing service, Electricity and Electronic Services for Kathmandu Office
6. Vehicle Rental Service: Provide transportation service in Kathmandu valley, Sudurpaschim and Madesh Province.
7. Repair and maintenance: two-wheeler service, Bike service, EV vehicle service for Kathmandu Office
8. Printing and Promotional items: Booklet, Template, flex print, books, sticker, flip chart, Posters, Hoarding board and wall paint, cap, T-shirt, Bag, clear bag printing, design etc.
9. Furniture and Fixtures 
10. Communication top-up services for MCN office
11. Hotel Services: Accommodation and Conference Venue.
12. Legal services
13. Audit services
14. Advertising Service: online portals, agencies
15. Translation Service: Interpreter service, editing service etc.
16. Financial Services
17. Travel and Air ticketing service: national and international air ticket, visa service etc.
18. Photography and videography services

Interested vendors/supplies are required to fill up the Supplier Information Form (SIF) along with the copy of the required legal document (VAT/PAN copy, business registration copy, latest tax clearance 2079-80 copy) to email id np-procurement@mercycorps.org by July 8, 2024 (please mention the service you are applying for).
