    1. Internal Audit Officer based in Central Office, Kathmandu

    The Internal Audit Officer will be primarily responsible for performing the internal audit of grants, functions, and partners independently with minimum supervision from the Internal Audit Specialist to provide an independent appraisal of CARE Nepal’s financial, program/project, operational and control activities.

    2. Administrative Associate based in Central Office, Kathmandu

    The Administrative Associate will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day front office duties ensuring effective communication and promoting professional image of CARE Nepal. The incumbent is responsible for attending telephone calls as required, handling guests and visitors, petty cash management, assets/inventory management, both domestic and international ticketing, assisting to GL and Admin Specialist in providing logistic support to maintain adequate facility for CARE Nepal and its projects including office maintenances.

    3. MEL and KM Officer based in Lahan, Siraha

    The MEL and KM Officer will support MEAL Manager to develop and implement MEL plan for the project and support to oversee field level MEL activities. The Incumbent will work closely with the implementing partners at the field level to implement routine data collection through CARE Nepal Information Management System, its continuous analysis, dissemination of the findings and development of knowledge products based on the learning and best practices. Reporting to the MEAL Manager, the incumbent will provide key support for operationalization of project’s M&E system and ensure high quality data are captured throughout the life cycle of the project. The incumbent will help to improve the capacity of relevant partner staff and support the program team in monitoring activities and in making evidence-based adjustments to the project. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.

    4. ARH System Strengthening and Governance Specialist based in Surkhet

    USAID Adolescent Reproductive Health (ARH) project is an adolescent co-led initiative to empower girls and boys, 10-19 years including the most marginalized, to attain their adolescent reproductive health (ARH) rights. The goal of the program is to support adolescents to reach their full potential by; ensuring they receive correct and appropriate reproductive health (RH) information and guidance to decision-making skills, creating an environment conductive in making healthy reproductive health decisions and facilitating translation of these decisions into healthy behaviors.

    The ARH System Strengthening and Governance Specialist being under the direct supervision of provincial coordinator and technical guidance of Technical Advisor will be responsible for overall technical supports of ARH system strengthening and governance related activities at province. Based in the provincial heath directorate, brings systems strengthening and data expertise, directly supports provincial government to strengthen ARH services, and facilitates institutionalization. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.
